anyone use pc pitstop, ram test low???

I have a abit KT7A mobo, Micron 133 SDram and a T-Bird 1.2c. if i use multi of 9x133=1.2 or 12x100 ram speed is 3100 but if i use any other multi or fsb ram speed is slower hard drive as well but under sandra its faster why? how te trust I had cpu at 1.4 and all in between 1.2 same thing.
