CitiBank offers Bill Manager which allows me to pay ANYONE with my cc, even my next door neighbor.
$4.95 Standard Plan ? Receive and pay up to 6 transactions/month*
$9.95 Premium Plan ? Receive and pay up to 24 transactions/month*
Disclosures
*Receiving a bill and issuing a payment are considered separate transactions. 50 cents for each additional transaction over the included number of monthly transactions.
Not look at link - but is there a limit (dollar)? I get the equivalent to a penny per dollar I spend, so $500 in bills would pay the $5/month off right there.Originally posted by: RossMAN
I think your bills get mailed to CitiBank, they scan them in and e-mail you upon receipt of the bills.
If you pay a lot of bills ($1000+) it's worth looking into.

It appears that you must fund your bill-pay with your Citibank credit card, right?

Since it's a CitiBank exclusive feature found on the CitiBank web site only for CitiBank customers, then yes I'd say that's a safe assumption![]()

CitiBank or Chase could swallow up MBNA in a burp.

Well they're just good, that's all! Other than the fact that they approved both myself and mrsskoorb when we had no US credit (with $2500 and $3000 unsecured limits, respectively; we did have Canadian credit they were able to check), their customer service has been quite satisfactory to me, their website works almost all the time, and they have of course the one-time use numbers and have for a while.Originally posted by: rnmcd

RossMAN, does citibank offer any type of Low Price Guarantee/Best Value Guarantee similar to the Chase or American Express credit cards?
