not sure what it's called but you plug it in the wall and it drives away bugs, i saw an infomircial today for it ut can't remember the name.

anyway, does anyone use/own one?

if so does it do what it claims?
also will it effect a very small cat?
 
Those things drove my cats NUTS.

They use a high pitched frequency that cats can hear (apparently) and people cannot.
 
is it that zapper thing with the blue light? we put a couple by the pool and they seemed to be somewhat effective. my dog never really hung around it though
