Anyone use ??? Nortel Norstar Phone System

M7234 systems with ICS... if you know it well, let me know.. got questions on programming....

Old work had 'em I HATE PBX's but they were nice as far as support and ease of use went. Call norstar, they will tell you lots about programming the phones (viocemail etc.) I always called em and had em fax docs over, I have forgotten since, I left that company over a year ago.

Same deal, when we had ours installed the guy would do it all...and then leave, no manuals except for how to check voicemail and stuff...I tried to warn my company against the guy...I mean he DID as to be called "Gator" But why would they listed to a (then) 18 year old? Ended up biting em in the arse when we moved I told em.
