anyone use Network Solutions to host a site?

I can't get past the browser website manager program to upload my new files.

Has anyone used just FTP to access their site? Any help would be appreciated.

Damn you must be paying out of the ass for webhosting.

There are other reliable webhost providers who charge probably 1/2 what you're paying now.

Nope. It ain't me. I'm the contract schlepper for a non-profit company that picked this outfit before I even got involved. I reworked their site and now I need to offload it from local to the live one.

Network solutions to doing a pretty good job of hand-holding the newbie, but has no direction for the pro to take.

Merde.

Have you tried contacting their support, any good webhosting provider should have adequate support.

All the webhosts who are worth their weight in latinum offer FTP access via ftp.domain.org and/or via cPanel's file manager.

The non-profit company you contract for should switch to Pair.com.
