Anyone use Nature's Plus: Source of Life multi-vitamin?

It's pretty good but it's damn expensive.

This one was recommended to me because it helps to boost the immune system. I have to admit, since I've been taking it, I haven't gotten a cold yet.

1000%+ ingredients, but not much besides your elementary health supplements, like vitamin C, which you should get plenty of every day.

seems like overkill to take 3-6 tablets a day on xtend life...too much for me...mens mega vitamins from GNC...2 a day is enough Heres a link to

I only take 1 a day, once in a while, 2

I take 3 a day, all at once. There's so much in them, and I guess they wanted to keep them small.

Those GNC vitamins are interesting. I don't like the 3000% vitamin B stuff. But other than that, it seems very economical while still having some variety.

I take the cheap knock off of GNC Mega Men vitamins. It doesn't have as high a percentage on some of the vitamins but you really don't need 2000% of a vitamin. I generally take one pill in the morning and one at night so I don't pee all the excess vitamins out.
