I hate that make a boot disk and hope and pray you don't KILL your 'puter bit!. That goes the same for live BIOS as well. Still just as much chance if not more to do unreversible damage considering that you will be doing so while running Windows. I HAVE run ASUS's live update with no isuues, but only once, And cannot speak for MSI's just yet. I think I will go the boot disk rout if I feel the need to update my K7T 266 pro's BIOS. I honestly feel the boot disk is the way to go since you will not have any other programs running that could foul up the process. Then again, if flashing fails while still in Windows, you would still be running and maybe get a second or third chance.
