Anyone use MS Money 2003 with ING?

I'm trying to setup my MS Money 2003 with ING Direct, but when im trying to set up online services it keeps giving me error messages. Whenever i put in the username and password it gives me dumb errors, if i put in a numeric password or pin number it says "your password cannot contain numeric characters". Its lame because when, out of my frustration, i try to input any non-numeric values it goes and says, "your password cannot contain alphabetic characters". So, i was wondering if anyone else experienced this or how to go around. thanks
