How do I get Mediawiki to give only the default user (main user) the permission to edit?

I am researching HIV/AIDS and need to organize all my research on the web so I can acccess it anywhere I want, and MediaWiki looks organized, so I decided to use it as a tool to help me get organized 🙂 So is there an option to do that?
