Trying to find a LiveChat-like service at a reduced cost.

And I'm not saying that just to be cheap, but I actually just want the email and FAQ/Knowledge DB features only, and don't need the highly touted chat functions.

Any suggestions or any input on how you like LiveChat/LivePerson?
