It's an internet radio station type thing that as you listen, you rate songs... then eventually it starts playing songs that it knows you will like.

Works pretty well! I like it here at work where i have no mp3's

I'm bumping this cuz I just found it tonight and have been listening/watching for the past 3 hours.

This is pretty damn cool. Cures the boredom of working.
 
I use it every day.. the videos rock! On Demand Video owns.. Now if only they'd migrate to Windows Media 9...
