anyone use Hotwire.com to get plane ticket?

Anyone try using Hotwire.com to buy a plane ticket? They have good prices but the problem is that they don't tell you the exact departure and arrival times until you've actually purchased the ticket. What if after you buy you don't like the times or if the times won't work for you? Do they let you choose several different arrival and departure times or do they only give you one choice? If they only give one choice then it's like completely leaving it up to chance that you'll get the right times, which I think is highly unlikely. And they say they don't give refunds of any sort. I think the idea of hiding times from a customer is really stupid.

I have used it lieu of Priceline on a couple times and was satisfied . I always check www.bestfares.com , www.orbitz.com and the travel section of www.clarkhoward.com before using either - sometines you can pay more with Hotwire or Priceline than a sale fare so do your homework.
