I recently bought a fitted sports coat from them and they seemed to do a pretty good job. But when I tried to use their shoe size calculator and guide they were way off the mark on my shoe size. In a sneaker, I wear a 10-1/2 EEEE. I managed to have some success with the 10-1/2 Extra-Wide boot from Thursday Boot Company but in looking at Hockerty they say my 10.3 inch long foot that is 4.5 inches at its widest equates to a US size 7. I closed my web browser and tried it again, and then switched to another browser just in case that was the issue. I have since sent Hockerty a note on this sizing anomaly and stated I couldn't trust their sizing calculator to go forward with a purchase. Really crazy.
BTW, I also had pretty good success thus far with a tailored suit from the Tailor Store online. Being I was a first time customer they sent out a fitting suit, asked me to return some pictures wearing it, and made adjustments to my previously dozen or so body measurements and produced a good-fitting suit. I will definitely be buying from them again. But both Hockerty and Tailor Store offering custom made shoes has me cautious.
