does anyone use their gmail in outlook?
1) Is there a way around downloading all your emails from gmail's server?
2) If I delete a message in my Outlook does it delete it on the gmail server or just my computer?
Reason being.. I don't really want to use outlook at all with my gmail. But I want to synchronize my Blackberry with just the contact list part of outlook.. but in order to do that it made me set up an email account. Now I have about 1/4 of my email downloaded to Outlook before I closed it.. and I don't want to synchronize any of that with my Blackberry .. so I don't know if I should delete it from outlook because I still need it when I log in via gmail.com in a web browser.
