Anyone use Gallery image viewing software?

I have Gallery set up for users to upload photos, but recently have been getting this error message:

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected $end in /home/spooner/public_html/gallery/g2data/smarty/templates_c/%%2837021105/%%E9^E
5^E95855A0%%ImageFrameHead.tpl.php on line 6


anyone know a fix? no idea what this means 🙁
