Anyone Use DirecTV?

My Hughes HD DirecTV receiver seems to be on its last legs. (Takes an hour to download the guide, can't seem to pickup certain stations) It's not the dish as my older SD receiver works fine.

So I need recommendations on what to replace it with.

My System:
Sony XBR450 32" HD TV Component in only for 1080i
5.1 surround sound system

Basically I need a box that can do 1080i over component, allow OTA HD pickup with an external antenna, and has an optical out.
