Anyone use C2It?

looks like a paypal type service from CitiBank... someone i'm in a deal with right now would prefer that, but i've never used it and don't feel comfortable sending cash on unfamiliar ground. what bothers me is from what i've read on their FAQ and policies, they offer NO buyer/seller protection and explicitly say you're on your own. paypal may suck, but at least it's got some form of buyer protection.
