Looking into the cloud-based version: (200 users)

http://www.bitdefender.com/business/cloud.html

I was thinking of that, plus the network version of Malwarebytes (live protection), and possibly the network version of CCleaner. And perhaps throwing in Belmanage for monitoring (network version of Belarc Advisor).

Also looking at ESET & Trend Micro WFBS. I'm looking for something that won't severely bog down older computers or be a huge hassle to the user (popups etc.). I really liked MSE (fast in the system & low-visibility to the user), but it gets poor ratings on AV-Test.org.

We use the Trendmicro WFBS at work and it has been good so far, works on our older computers and servers with no performance hit that the end users notice. Easy to install and monitor and they have been really good at making changes. When we first started using it Trend was interfering with our remote system we use for work and they made changes so it wouldn't block our access to the system or stop it from launching other programs.

At home I am using the Bitdefender Total Security 2013 and it too has worked great.
