I use one as my chair. Helps with posture and blood flow to lower back. I'm sitting on it now. :)

They're useful just for sitting and stretching. Workouts often include wall squats, oblique curls, crunches, lifting dumbellls, balance, etc.

My PT showed me how to do squats with a ball against the wall (swedish ball that is :p), but then I was fvck it I'll freestyle it, it's harder to keep form while freestyling it = more work output by me.

Push ups are best. One has to use common sense and imagination. Of course there's an unusual element of movement present at sea which always makes things interesting. Avoiding stairs and even corners is highly recommended!

More information :)

Woah, that seems fun. I sometimes do it with my feet on a stepup mat, but I'll try it with the ball tomorrow (chest/triceps). I do push-ups during warmup and to burn out after I'm done.

Same here, used it as my desk chair for a while and it has strengthened my back which has eliminated back pain I would have from time to time.
