Anyone use ATI's customer support before?

I had to register in order to use it. Problems are addressed in the form of 'tickets'. I just submitted one and the current status is at 'Response Sent'. I don't see a friggin response. Just a link that leads to some parature thingy asking me to log in I don't know wth is up.
