Read the details of what's included. It can be worth it, but not necessarily. If you want to get a will, durable power of attorney, living will, health care directives, etc. all prepared, it would be worth it and probably save you a lot of money. Also handy when you have a dispute and you want a lawyer to write a letter to a bad contractor or company on your behalf (usually works great).
Our company has the same thing but offered by a different company. Our plan also covers defense for traffic tickets, representation in real estate transactions and other matters.
Also make sure there are attorneys in their network that are convenient for you to work with (although in my experience they prefer doing phone calls than in-person visits if things can be handled that way.)
