I was thinking I'd like to organize my work day and get a better job description going. Does anyone use any kind of software to do this? I'm thinking of something like a timeline broken into 15 minute increments, then I could fill in color coded blocks to log my day. At the end of the day, it would show how much time I spent on each function.

Any help here?

8:00-8:15am = ATOT
8:15-8:30am = ATOT
8:30-8:45am = ATOT
8:45-9:00am = ATOT
9:00-9:15am = ATOT

You mean something like that? :p

i log everything in 15 min increments as i finish jobs into a spreadsheet and submit them with my timecards every week. its company policy, the only ones that dont are the owner, vp and "office manager" who are mainly expense, not billable time suckers.
