I got a spam on this RocketMouse. Looks pretty good for your ergonomics. Anyone used this before? Review/comments? I'm thinking about getting one, my wrist kinda hurts from using the regular mouse too much.

It's OK, but I'm reserving it just for PowerPoint presentations when I have to stand away from the computer.

My arm gets a bit tired with a standard mouse too, but now I just switch to my left hand when my right gets tired. It's easier now that I have a wireless mouse by the way.
