Anyone use a prepaid credit card yet?

I had a Wired Plastic card for quite some time that I used for online poker sites. It was nice to have since many normal checkcards or credit cards cannot be used. Downside was that there was a $6 fee every month and something like $5 everytime you added money to the card. As far as using an alias, I'm not sure.
