The Egg has this MB for $55 after $25MIR, has anyone used this board, it has mixed reviews on NE?

I am planning on buying a e2180 to use with this and hopefully have a 3Ghz machine for less than $150.00 I have 4G of patriot ram laying here waiting to be used.

Thoughts on this one, I like the idea of 2 IDE slots as I have 4 - 500G Seagate drives, 2 SATA and 2 IDE drives in my computer.

I am hoping this setup will be much faster than my X2 4600+ w/a biostar board.
