Anyone use 10-10-987 for for calling Europe?

10-10-987 is advertising for $.03/minute to Western Europe. Anyone try it?
 
My parents use it to call me here in the Netherlands. Not too bad, although occasionally you will get busy signals during peak hours and lag in the communication. But the fact that you can use it to call cell phones without any additional fees makes it worth it, IMO.
 
Used it to call France a few times when one of my friends was studying abroad there. It was $.39 to connect and $.03 a minute. Worked well.
