I made a medium sized Far Cry video last night sorta as a little tech demo for a friend at work. I wanted to show him the graphics in the game and how remarkable they are, so I used my good ol' copy of fraps to record some video of me playing.
The video is basically me playing with the ragdoll physics of a dead body, as well as showing off the awesome lighting effects. It also showcases the insane draw distance this game has. It's pretty basic stuff, with the 12 Stones playing in the background with their song Broken.
I thought it was a pretty cool video for the 45 minutes I spent on it using Premier Pro last night. I wanted to see if someone with an infinite amount of bandwidth wanted to host this thing, as I think some of you fans out there would like it. It's encoded using DiVx 5.1.1.
Anyone? Let me know how I can upload this, I have a 256Kb upload, so it wouldn't take too awfully long.
