Says on the box it requires a Hard T&L board. I haven't not attempted it to try it, but Halo has been known to refuse to load if it senses an 'issue' with your rig(even if it wouldn't actually effect the game).

heh I wonder if a TNT2 board can handle it. Specifically the Viper 2 from Diamond

TNT2 did not have Hardware T&L. Yeah, I still have the box, there is a pic of Halo on the back with the vehicle and two guys. Looks very DX7. I doubt this one will support it, especially requiring T&L.

Halo was originally for the PC. Microsoft bought out Bungie and made them change Halo to an Xbox game

Hardware TnL requirements can be worked around(3DAnalyser). I haven't used my Voodoo5 for a year, so I can't say whether Halo runs or not, but sites like x3dfx would be your best bet to find someone who has tried.

Yep - I remember that. M$ stole it from us and made us wait over 2 years to see it on the PC... :disgust: :| Sad to say I got an XBox mostly to play Halo. What a loser! ;) :p
