The "buttery crust" just has a bunch of shortening bits all through it that melt and spread like in a chocolate chip cookie. This makes it taste more pastry-like than the normal hand tossed crust. You may be fooled into thinking you detect a trace of cinnamon. The cheese on the bottom is strongly garlic (and a touch of oregano) flavored mozzarella. Then it's the topping of your choice, then provolone and cheddar on top. It has a LOT of cheese. If you like cheesy bread, get it as is. If you really need red sauce, ask them to put it on, though it might need to cook a tad longer- you'll have to specify that, too. If you like insane amounts of garlic, ask them to put some breadstick shake on top when it's done cooking. Overall, it's a very good product. It's not going to be around for too long, so now's a good time to try it.
Kickers, cheddar, ranch, and lettuce make an incredible sandwich.
Try getting plain wings well done with the sauce on the side- crispy and flavorful.
Cheesy bread can have a topping added to it. Onions make it twice as good.
If you like your bread side item crispier, ask if they have a dry one sitting out, or ask that they let one sit for 30-60 minutes before they cook it. This will crisp it up without overcooking. I hate soft breadsticks, but crispy ones hit the spot.
