Nope, I won't even attempt leaving my house today.

I am:

Cleaning house
Pulling stuff out of the attic
Putting the lights up outside, which is a major job...

Tomorrow:

Complete whatever went unfinished today

Sunday:

Wait for Mister to come home with HUMONGOUS tree (he just can't buy a normal one, no, he has to buy one that barely fits in the house!) and then decorate it with the kids. Then, when the kids are in bed, fix it the way I want it.

:)

Yup Stefan,

A certain someone here cannot wait to get his Lionel trains out. (edit: They go under the tree, it's a very big deal for my big kid.)

Oh God, I have spent the day shopping and decorating my house. Those lines were crazy! Tonight we do the tree, I just have to find that perfect one. Tomorrow I recover from yesterday and today. ;)

Yup, today the tree goes up, the lights go up outside :) Fortunately, I did all my gift-shopping a couple of weeks ago, it's all done already. We have a huge stack of giftwrapped presents in the closet ready to go under a tree :)

for the most part yes :) I got a nice giftcertificate from work. So I choose it for Bestbuy to get myself a new HD. I just didn't expect that crowd that early in the morning.

I worked part time at Belk today, and I thought I was going to DIE. I stayed up till 130 decorating my christmas tree, and then I had to be at Belk at 540am. There were people lined up at the door. Busy all day. Now its time to rest. Oh well, be back again tomorrow at 740am. 2 jobs + Full time college student=suck.

The recently-opened BB in my area was a madhouse @ 7am.

I was looking forward to the (50) 70 min CDR pack for $15 US w/a $15 US MI-Rebate. There stock was gone in the first 5 minutes. Some people had 2-3 (w/c was B$). I came in @ 7:15 and the entire parking lot was full; had to park in the neighborhood and walk 5 minutes to the store.

The cashier lines were horrid but all 9 of the registers were open w/c was a first. I waited for an hour and a half just to buy a spindle pack of (50) Sony CDRs for $20 and a couple of DVDs. I took along a RA2 Strategy Guide book that was opened along to read in the line.

Another hour in line @ the PO in Burbank to send off mail and get some packages, and finally an hour in line @ the Burbank Fry's to get some electronic components.

Ahh... I overslept! I set my alarm at 6:00am and wanted to head over to bestbuy, but I guess I pushed the snooze button and went back to sleep again, by the time I woke up it was like 11:30am! Another opportunity missed. I wish my gf was there this morning to wake me, I am depressed!:(
