I was talking to a friend of my in the gym about protein shakes and how expensive it could get, depending on how many you take per day.
He told me hes been using a Powdered milk + skim milk combo for a couple months and suggested i try it out.
anyone else here tried it or have their own custom blend?
I am going for 170grams+ per day.
