Anyone try Monster.com's new networking feature?

i haven't gotte nanything yet, plus the search criteria sucks. You have to hit the nail on the head so to say to get peopel that match you. So if you're looking for someone and they have Techincal Support Rep listed, but you type in Computer Support, you will not get them in your results. The jobs should be sorted by classifications such as IT or customer service or help desk/call center, not just people typing in whatever they want.
