How did you feel on it? Tired all the time? I'm curious, because I'm considering it.

My 'diet' consists of drinking 2~3 glasses of water whenever I'm hungry outside mealtime. And it works ;).

Think of the biggest brick you've ever seen.

Depends on how overweight you are. If it is medically necessary, then that is one thing...
but you really didn't give any details....

Depending on illness, liquid diets can greatly improve recovery time. However, for fitness and weight control, they're nothing more than fad diets.

Definitely talk to a doctor before you do something like this.

And you should only do something as extreme as a liquid diet if you're really overweight.

Just need to shed a few pounds since I'm at risk for Diabetes.

Then there are better ways. Stay away from sugar, exercise more, limit portions.
Sounds like a liquid diet is not something you need to do. The "anti low-carb" folks may hate me for this, but Diabetes runs in my family too, so I know that staying away from "white carbs" is also important if Diabetes is an issue.

I've fasted (water only) a few times you only lose 1-5lbs. in 3 days (depending on activities), but gain it right back as you slowly start eating regular food again. (you feel great though)
