Just need to shed a few pounds since I'm at risk for Diabetes.
Then there are better ways. Stay away from sugar, exercise more, limit portions.
Sounds like a liquid diet is not something you need to do. The "anti low-carb" folks may hate me for this, but Diabetes runs in my family too, so I know that staying away from "white carbs" is also important if Diabetes is an issue.
