They're not going to be very exciting. Sure, the image has super DOF, but diffraction really makes the image unsharp. If you're going for super DOF you should look into focus stacking.
Nahhhh, f/22 results in usable images on an aps-c camera. Not stuff you'd wanna print out at 18x24 but meh. F/16 is fine to use if you need too as well. The whole diffraction thing is rather overblown imho. Yes you do lose some sharpness the more you go over f/11. However don't let that stop you from using f/16 or f/22 if you need too.
And a pinhole lens is like f/200 lol, really nutty stuff, one big blurry image
