If you're trying to use a wheel make sure that either the secondary or third columns are undefined (i.e. All of your wheel bindings are in the Secondary column and the third column says everything is undefined).
Here's how I got my G25 to work:
Left = Left Steer
Right = Right Steer
Forward (IMPORTANT!!!) = Push the throttle pedal all the way to the floor, select "Forward" to bind it, then when it's waiting for you to select a button release the pedal.
Back = (Leave this empty)
Handbrake = (IMPORTANT!!!) = Same as Forward except use your brake pedal.
When binding the throttle pedal, if you try and bind it normally it will be reversed in the game, i.e. 100% throttle on your gas pedal = no throttle in game, 0% throttle on your gas pedal = Full throttle in game.
I hope that makes sense!
EDIT:
I scowered the dev's website looking for answers to why things are so odd when trying to use a wheel with the game and didn't come up with much. Force Feedback IS NOT supported for this game and it seems like the gentleman from the company who posted on the forums there has no plans to implement it.
Also, no Multiplayer with no plans to implement that either. Just my personal opinion but I think this game is a case of what you see is what you get (Demo = Full Version). I could see them fixing the wheel issues in the future but that's about it. The game has great potential but...........
