Anyone tried the Casio QV-R40?

One of my co-workers is looking at getting this camera for our work. I was looking at getting either a Canon A-70 or a Fujifilm FinePix 3800. They're all around the same price range but was just wondering what others thoughts were on the Casio before I put my 2 cents in.
