Anyone tried out one of those "Digital Picture Keychains"?

I thought it would make a cute Christmas present from the kids but now that I'm actually looking at them, I'm wondering if they are worth the cost. The screen sizes are 1 - 1.4" and the reviews have really been down on the picture quality for something that costs $30 for the 1" and up to $60 for the 1.4".
