I just got this last week and am pretty impressed. I tried Norton Utilities in the past and it was terrible. Very bloated. I also tried McAfee Office 2000 and it was terrible. Buggy, impossible upgrades, slow. I just got Nortons SystemWorks and it is great. By default, it takes up minimal resources. It is almost all automatic, including checking for virus upgrades automatically while you are on the Internet. The defrag is the best I have ever seen, even moving your little used files to the slowest part of your drive. SystemWorks includes Utilities, Anti-Virus, and CleanSweep. I got it for $49 with a $20 rebate for upgrade of older Nortons or McAfee utilities.

It's a nice software package...especially when I disable all the startup options. :)

Ghost is nice also.

Utilities for Windows and Mac are wonderful for techs. You can stick the cd in the drive and run diskdoctor or windoctor without installing a thing on the HD. For mac problems, booting from the cd and running disk doctor will fix just about any problem that doesn't require a full reinstall of the os.

With systemworks you can also boot a windows pc off the cd and run norton antivirus. Overall, they just make it very easy to fix computers :)

I've got them installed on my home machine but only use nav and speed disk. The rest is pretty worthless if you know what you're doing.

Using in both W2K & WinME. Like a lot. Have used NSW for last few years. Takes a whiole to set up just right.

Only installed NU, NAV & Ghost. Crashguard & that other one blows. Ghost rocks. Saved my arse more times than I care to recall.
