Well I did with very good results.
Neoprene is a rubber which is used for vibration isolation in industries and research labs(in my case). I cut 4 small pieces of that rubber( 1 inch sq) and put those below the little feet of my case. The rattling of the case is now almost completely gone. If you want to buy it, mcmaster carr sells sheets.(I think one is enough for more than 10 cases!)...
someone else should try this and post their results too...

Anyone tried using Dynomat? You could coat the entire inside of your case with the stuff and not hear a sound I bet! Too bad the stuff is $$$ per square foot!

what about static issues? how's this stuff with the static? I don't need static floating around in my case.. I hear that dynamat is static proof.. but that sh!t is super expensive.

Dynamat does nothing for acoustical noise, in a computer case will do hardly anything for you. I don't get why ppl keep insisting dynamat will reduce airborn noise, its designed for resonating noise andding mass to an object to reduce its virbration. This neopreme, is fairly good acoustic absorber though cause its able to soak sound and cheaper alternative to this would be carpet padding just a few cents a foot, or even free.

If static is a problem depending where you live, you can buy anti static spray and you just coat it over this stuff. Also another word on dynamat adding dynamat might actully make your case more echoy, since its Ceament based, if you've ever been parking structure and speak it echos. Quite possibly you'll be getting this same effect in your case might even make your case sound louder.
