Anyone tried GVSS?

It's not a scam. It's a surgery-less alternative to Lasik, costs about half as much. Anyone tried it? How well does it work?

Apparently it's not supposed to be a permanent thing... wear it at night, and for the rest of the day your vision is good.

I paid $3,400 for the real thing back in 2002. I think that was a better deal than this because its unproven. But to each his own I suppose.

I would think this probably works. Ive had a surgery before (not for the eyes) to where they placed something over my eyes during it. For a few hours after I came out of the surgery I could see about 20/20. Normally I see like 20/80 or something.

I was lucky to get 20/15, but I have a little astigmatism in the left eye. :light:

Why would you pay half as much for something that has to be worn everyday and isn't even permanent?

Because there are no side effects. No dry eye, no halos, no chance of screw-up, etc.
