Here's a link to one:

I was just curious if anyone has any experience using one of these new screens, and what their experiences, especially with gaming and video were like.

they look ab-fab man the colours are so rich...ive never gamed on one but i did watch 3d mark 03 on a laptop in comet, very nice crisp colours, not sure bout response time but it looked fine, the slick coating looks like it would give problems with glare but in a shop full of flurescent lights it was fine.....for movies it was excelent ...the blacks are really nice

i think they are called onyx black or x-black over here in the uk tho

Yea I got one of them this week, they are awesome! I was looking for a LCD for awhile and was in no rush to get one, but when I saw this on display, I just about died with the quality. If it means anything my wife even insisted we get one :)
Gaming on it.... no problems, looks great, better than my other monitor. Only thing I've noticed is it might be too bright but just turn the brightness down a little. Otherwise you can't go wrong!

I got one the other day. I've played CS, CS:source, Half-life 2, doom 3, ... no ghosting thanx to 12ms response time. The screen looks the best compared to all other LCDs out there right now. except of course the viewsonic 912b (which shares the same type of screen). i'd say the samsung 193p looks pretty good too. but i love the xbrite smooth glossy looking screen that my hs94p has. there's no glare that bothers me, and when light shines on the monitor, it actualy looks better, because things look so crisp and clear. I got one at CompUSA for $499 ($100 instant rebate + $100 Mfr mail-in Rebate). best deal around. only other deal thats as good is on Amazon.com but they take forever to ship it, but no tax at least. get one!

I also got one a couple of days ago and I'm loving it. I upgraded from a 5 year old 21" sony g500 crt and I'm amazed by the difference. I was skeptical about going to an lcd too but don't regret it at all now. The ghosting is slightly there but it's so hard to notice you'd have to be REAL picky to complain about it considering how bright and crisp everything looks. In first person shooters you can't even see it and only when you scroll really fast in rts games can you see any trace of it. The sonys also seem to have a good track record of missing pixels as mine was perfect with none missing and have seen almost everyone else report the same. I also believe a 1280x1024 resolution is perfect for a gaming lcd as there's some games that just run too slow in 1600x1200 even with the fastest computers and scaling down the resolution looks ugly. 1280x1024 is a perfect medium for running every game at great framerates while still looking awesome especially with anti aliasing. I can't recommend this lcd enough

Edit: I forgot to mention reflection, yes you can see your reflection when there's bright lights on but only when the screen is black or really dark but it's certainly no worse than a crt. My crt had much more reflection to it and unless you work with a black background all day with bright lights on it will never bother you. As for the blacks, I got doom 3 looking awesome with a little bit of tweaking. It almost feels like a new game now.
