It's possible to get save saves off a PlayStation 2 memory card and use them with PCSX2. If you can run homebrew software on your PlayStation 2, then you can use something like uLaunchElf to copy the saves to a USB stick. Otherwise there's cheat software you can buy that will let you do the copying.
