Anyone tried comparing the Mach 3 turbo to Mach 3 yet?

Basically are there any worthwhile differences since so many people use Mach 3's (myself included)

try searching this forum. I remember the thread. The blades are interchangeable and people said they liked the turbo better.

The Mach 3 Turbo blades fit on the Mach 3, so it pretty easy to give them a try.

I found the turbos to be much better. For some reason, I wasn't TOO impressed with the difference between the Mach 3 and my old Atra, but I was amazed at the difference between the turbos and the regular mach 3s.

The Mach3 Turbo blades cut closer and they glide across my face more smoothly. I just buy the Turbo blades and put them on my Mach 3. !POOF! Mach 3 Turbo.

Gilette has been claiming to have 'the closest shave' for at leat 15 years now. It's now so close I'm shaving my tongue.
I tried Mach 3, Mach 3 Turbo, Sensor, Sensor Excel. I honestly don't feel a difference.

I swore by disposables for years till my Mach3. Last Friday I had to use an old disposable because I was out of Mach3 blades.

IT SUCKED

I couldnt believe how bad it was after my Mach3, it took about 5 passes to get shaved, and I cut the crap out of my neck. It was so bad I had to buy Mach3 blades at the airport ( I wont say how much they were at the airport)

Since the blades are interchangeable, I may have to try some turbo blades. I wish I had known they were interchangeable, Albertsons had some Mach3 turbo (like the sport model or something) handles w/2 blades for $2.00 on clearance a few weeks back, but I didnt buy any since I already had Mach3 blades

As someone who shaves not only face but the head as well, the subject of good razor is near and dear to my heart. When compared to Mach 3, I too found Mach 3 Turbo a bit easier when going against the grain, BUT.... I also found that Turbo's blades get dull much quicker. Maybe it's just me, but I am swapping cartridges more often. Oh well, it's just the price I have to pay to be both bald and beautiful! :p

I concur, turbo blades definitely dont' last as long. But they do cut better.
