Anyone to spoof your iPhone as a desktop for websites?

Some websites force you to use their mobile website when you are on your iPhone. Even if you use Chrome's option of forcing the desktop site, it doesn't always work.

Is there a way on the iPhone to spoof websites to think that you are on a desktop?
 
Atomic or iCabMobile. But I'd recommend iCabMobile over Atomic since it has a pretty interface... and probably a longer list of user agents.

iCabMobile allows you to spoof your iPhone/iPad as... pretty much any other browser or device out there. It'll even let you define a custom spoof.
