The cases of Harp, Guinness Extra Stout, Sam Adams Lager, Bass Ale, and pony keg of Grolsch sitting in my fridge have something to say about your taste in beer:

You have none.

yeah, my roommate does it as well.. supposely delays it from getting mold

Hmm...from all my experiences, it actually increases the chance of mold because of how humid the fridge is. Once you put a loaf in the fridge, it has to stay there because if you take it out, it'll get moldy. This goes for bread thats frozen too. When you thaw it, you have to use it up quickly/

Now thats my kinda fridge. I was never one for Beer. My wine cabinet on the other hand... well, it is a small one built for 10 bottles but is currently holding 18. Nothing spectacular (the oldest is a '96 French bordeaux) but we do have a fairly decent collection.

EDIT* You know, I opened my fridge to take a pic but the only "drinks" I have is a cheap bottle of French champagne and a small bottle of Canadian Ice wine, the rest is filled with food. Who would have figured... ;)

it actually speeds up mold growth because of condensation

Actually it works extreemly well with things that have little preservatives, like Costco bagles. Every time I buy them and leave them in a cool, dry place they mold within a week. In the fridge I get 2-3 weeks out of them. Go figure
