You know the technology is actually based off of UV projected rays that was used to help heal patients with illnesses that were not easy to heal.
Some families had to ajust to standards where their children slept under blue light to help maintain the integrity of their health, or sadly, what was left of it.
However, with LEDs, it really depends if you think your body is going to react to the patterns at which the lights are flashing at, on or off, whatever. Our ears' ability to pick up sound when we are sleeping is very comparable. But when we think of how much our eyes will capture when our lids are closed, it makes us question why such a thing would be common place? Think about staring at the sun with your eyes closed, for example, you still capture some of the light, but not very much of it. Unless you were directed to take part in such a practice by a professional from the medical field, I'd suggest you steer clear of such stupidity, the effects can be more damaging.
That's not to say, that the Internet alone is already eating away at society? All those flashy colors from ads and color-blinding screen savers? ROFL
No, you probably don't need it. But I'm not kidding, if you try it, you will probably go psycho or something the next morning................................
One of the AT members will probably ask you to experiment, and get back to us on how it goes, as is the trend with radical threads like this one. lol
