Anyone that has done an AMD RMA I have a question

I started the process back on the 28th of July on the web and eventually received an RMA authorization. I UPS'd the processor per their instructions and it was signed for on the morning of August 7th by UPS tracking. As of today it still does not show as received on their site and there have been no further updates to the open incidents since they gave me the RMA authorization. Is this normal for them or do I need to start calling to find out what is going on with it?
