Anyone that could help me with a backup program?

I want to get a backup program soon. But all I have found haven't been good to me. I want it to have the functions as the one that follows win98. And that would preferrebly be cheap/free.
 
I would like to make the backups on cd's, and use as little money at is as possible. Anyone else?
