Now you know why you just don`t buy one to test..lolol

true, but with most technology - the prices should come down if it's well engineered

Prices only come down if the public wants to move in on the product. The problem with that case is that it costs a lot of money, and does not perform 5x better in all aspects compared to other great cases.

For instance:
Antec P180: $120 (selected for decent harddrive vib dampening)
Antec Phantom 500: $160
Zalman Reserator 1+: $230

would perform better thermally for every piece of hardware, and have the same amount of or even less noise (the Zalman case doesnt do a good job with harddrive vibration) as the expensive zalman case for roughly $500.

In fact, you could add a second Reserator and the zalman case would completely be an unwaranted purchase in terms of thermal performance and quietness.

true - but how HUGE would that setup be? 😀

Actually thats not an accurate or a true statement as far as this product is concerned!

You are assumming that if its sells good that shere volume of sales will drive the costs down!
That does not bear out to be factual!

A well engineered product also has costs od developement as well as marketing costs etc...

Just becuase the costs do not come down does not mean its not well engineered!

Also the few reviews that I have read use two word to describe this case....total silence!!

sorry - i meant to say that if it's well engineered and an easily repeatable process, the technology is viable (and desired) and if mfg costs can be driven down (mass production) we hope that technology like this can proliferate!

dual sided parts cooling has been LONG overdue in my eyes...
