But looking at the ingredients, it's your typical anti-anxiety herbs such as St. John's Wort, Kava Kava, Valerian root, etc. So yes, it works for some. Though if you really do have general anxiety, i would go with real prescription medication such as Paxil, Zoloft, etc... you'll get chemically dependent on those, and it's a pain in the ass to get off them, but they're amazing when you're on it.
If you have acute anxiety attacks, maybe try Phenibut... it's a benzo, and you develop tolerance VERY fast. But that's good imo, because it's hard to get chemically dependent on something that you develop a tolerance that easily on. For 1-2 uses a week, it's great. And it's completely legal at the moment... and dirt cheap. I have like 600g of the stuff, easily 2 years worth of it considering you only take 2-3g for a dose... and it lasts 6+ hrs. Instead of going out and spending $50+ drinking, i take the phenibut (that costs like $1), and have a much better time than drinking, and no hangover the next morning (although i'm told people that do high doses like 8g+ get hangovers... the most i've done is 5g and didn't get one).
Phenibut is like a legal Xanax to me... it works for acute anxiety and to have a good time now and then. Some people consider it a legal form of GHB too... but i don't think it's anywhere as good as GHB.

You won't find cheaper, and they're VERY reliable. I've ordered literally thousands of dollars worth of stuff from them this summer... and even illegal stuff was successfully sent to Canada.
